How Booking Works
Choose Your Service
Select the service and time that works for you. First-time clients start with a free meet-and-greet.
We Confirm
You'll receive a confirmation with details about your visit. We'll reach out if we have any questions.
We Show Up
On the day of service, we arrive on time, handle everything, and send you photo updates throughout.
Booking Policies
Cancellation
Cancel with 24 hours notice for a full refund. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged at 50% of the booked rate. No-shows are charged in full.
Payment
Payment is collected through Square at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
First Visit
All new clients receive a complimentary meet-and-greet before their first paid service. This is non-negotiable — we want to make sure we're the right fit for your family.
Keys & Access
We'll arrange key/fob exchange during your meet-and-greet. For buildings with front desk staff, we can be added to your guest list. Keys are stored securely and returned upon request.
